It sucks that Amazon failed to deliver. But, as the old saying goes: good things come to those who wait, and I think you'll be most pleased with your order when it arrives. I just finished watching Disc 1 from my Netflix rental, and even though the original music isn't there, the essence of "WKRP" remains intact. You'll delight in hearing the Hallelujah Tabernacle Choir again and delight even more in seeing Loni Anderson when she was hotter than Kansas City in July!
